A little rhyme

oil painting from the Gite.

~

This could be Heaven

Or this could be Hell

No lucky seven

And no golden bell

Just a chance for fun

In the midday sun

Just a chance to be

More than we can see

In the here and now

Never wonder how

Love upon us fell

As we buy and sell

T and S - Yes it is an Indian woman I painted it from a photo I found in the Bhagavad Gita.

Nick, this is a good painting: the woman's and the child's faces have a very attractive look.
I like the poem too.

DELIGHTFUL ~~ Love the way you highlight with the sun and shadows.

I have several paintings of these lovely dark faces.... they are so fun to paint with so much expression.

Thanks for sparking our artists tastes....
